After many years of living abroad, my husband and I moved to Cheddar in June
2023. Having always been interested in art, mainly watercolours, I soon noticed
there was an Art School located in the village.
It was there I first met Katrina Atkinson who runs the Art School who warmly
welcomed me. I soon became a regular member of one of her weekly art
classes, which is a light hearted affair consisting of a small group of like-
minded people of all different levels, who are happy to try something different
for a couple of hours every week. She is extremely knowledgeable about
artists, and always comes up with something refreshingly different using all
types of mediums, sometimes taking us out of our comfort zone, but she is
always there to advise and guide, and we never feel under pressure.

Chicken Edition: The Famous Chickens - One of our most loved workshops! Create a fun, layered fabric chicken using a simple, fail-safe method. No drawing skills required, perfect for all levels and groups.
Collage Party: Paper Collage

A Typical Arty Party Includes:
Welcome & Introduction
Guests are welcomed into a beautifully styled studio space with a short introduction to the session and materials.
Creative Workshop
Enjoy a guided, no-pressure art session, options include lino cut, collograph making, fabric or paper collage, or mixed-media.

DATES & PRICES
Dates are flexible and can be arranged to suit your schedule, booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
A minimum group of 4 is required, maximum of 20.
Prices start from £50 per person, which includes all materials, tuition, and your guests' finished artworks to take home.
Optional extras, such as birthday cake, fizz, grazing boards, decorations, or themed styling, can be added at an additional cost.
We're happy to work with you to design a party that suits your budget and vision.
