Join this exciting new fast paced year long course beginning this September.

For those who have attended Art House Art School before this will be a fresh and dynamic course however it will maintain the calm familiarity of previous courses. It is also perfect for new students who wish to embark on a new hobby, interest or even career.

The year is broken into six terms of approximately six weeks following the local school calendar therefore ideal for parents to join as well as active retirees. This also enables new students to join throughout the year and not feel behind.

Term 1: Workshops. Experimentation and exploration. The initial six weeks is all about investigating and exploring a combination of media: water-colours, Inks, Printing, Collage... The onus will be on experimentation and Not the end result in order to give you the ‘know how’ to use these new found media, techniques and materials confidently throughout the course.

Term 2: Natural Forms: The second term you will be creating art in response to the theme;

Organic natural forms. Enabling you to practice your observational and drawing skills while developing concepts  around your own art practice.

Spring Term: Jan - April  3 and 4 Social Commentary: William Hogarth & Grayson Perry,

Term 5 & 6 English Landscapes; Constable and The Romantics and David Hockney (Further details by request).
